Ingredients
400g squash (about 1/4 of whole squash)
12 quail eggs (eggs in water, drained and washed)
300g beef/pork ground meat
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic chopped finely
1 osaji curry powder
4 osaji tomato ketchup
2 osaji usta sauce
1 osaji oil
Steps
Cut squash into 2cm pieces.
Chop onion.
Add oil and garlic to large fry pan.
When garlic is fragrant, add onion. Cook 2 minutes.
Add meat, cook until it changes color.
Add curry powder and mix in.
Add ketchup and usta sauce.
Add 250cc water. Mix in.
Add squash and eggs. Cook until it boils.
Cook on low heat for 15 minutes without the lid.
