Tomato & Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

2 small tomatoes
1 cucumber
shio kombu (salted kelp)
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil

Steps

  1. Cut tomatoes into 8 wedges and then cut each wedge into half again.
  2. Cut the cucumber into small chunks without peeling.
  3. Add tomatoes and cucumber to a bowl.
  4. Add salted kelp to taste and the sesame seed oil, and stir in thoroughly.
