Ingredients
2 small tomatoes
1 cucumber
shio kombu (salted kelp)
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
Steps
- Cut tomatoes into 8 wedges and then cut each wedge into half again.
- Cut the cucumber into small chunks without peeling.
- Add tomatoes and cucumber to a bowl.
- Add salted kelp to taste and the sesame seed oil, and stir in thoroughly.
