Tofu Saute with Kimchi

Ingredients

600g momen tofu
150g pork bara (usugiri style)
1 pack (wa) nira
200g hakusai kimchi
1 osaji soy sauce
1 osaji mirin
1 kosaji grated sesame seeds
flour
sesame seed oil

Steps

Cut each tofu slab into 8 pieces. Wrap in paper towels and wait 20 minutes. Be sure to use enough paper towels to absorb the moisture.
Cut the pork into 2cm wide pieces
Cut nira into 4cm wide pieces
Add a little flour all over the tofu
Add 1.5 osaji sesame seed oil to fry pan. Add tofu. Cook on one side for 5 minutes. When turns brown, turn over and cook another 5 minutes. Serve tofu on each plate.
Wipe fry pan with paper towel. Add 1/2 osaji sesame seed oil. Add pork and cook until it changes color. Add kimchi, soy sauce, and mirin. Add nira and cook a little more.
Serve pork mixture over each plate of tofu.
Add some sesame seeds.
