Stir fry dish
Ingredients
2 pieces skinless chicken breast (500g)
2 osaji cooking sake
1 osaji katakuriko
a little salt and pepper
4 green peppers (120g)
100g peanuts
1 large green onion (80g)
1 piece of ginger, finely chopped
Oil
Combined Seasonings:
6 osaji water
3 osaji soy sauce
1 osaji cooking sake
1 osaji vinegar
1 osaji sugar
1 kosaji katakuriko
Steps
- Cut the chicken into small, bite-sized pieces. Rub with cooking sake, katakuriko, salt and pepper. Cut the peppers into half lengthwise and remove the stems and seeds. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Chop the green onion roughly. Mix the combined seasoning ingredients.
- Heat 1 osaji oil in a fry pan and fry the chicken for 2 minutes. Add the ginger, green pepper and peanuts and stir fry briefly.
- Add the combined seasonings, turn the heat to high, and stir fry until thickened. Add the chopped green onions and mix in. Serve.
