Ingredients
3 packs frozen udon noodles
75g bacon
3/4 carrot
113g renkon
750cc water
150cc tsuyu
1/2 osaji oil
Steps
- Cut carrot in half, slice thinly.
- Cut renkon like carrot, make pieces a little thicker.
- Cut bacon into 1cm pieces.
- Using large pot, add oil. Add all ingredients and stir fry.
- Add water and tsuyu. Turn up the heat and let boil.
- Add udon noodles. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
