Lunch Udon

Ingredients

3 packs frozen udon noodles
75g bacon
3/4 carrot
113g renkon
750cc water
150cc tsuyu
1/2 osaji oil

Steps

  1. Cut carrot in half, slice thinly.
  2. Cut renkon like carrot, make pieces a little thicker.
  3. Cut bacon into 1cm pieces.
  4. Using large pot, add oil. Add all ingredients and stir fry.
  5. Add water and tsuyu. Turn up the heat and let boil.
  6. Add udon noodles. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
