Okinawan Pork

Ingredients

Pre-grilled tofu
2 cucumbers
150g pork (komagiri)
1 kosaji soy sauce
1 kosaji cooking sake
2 eggs
bonito flakes
2 osaji sesame seed oil

Steps

Wipe off moisture on tofu with a paper towel. Cut into 16 pieces.
Peel the cucumbers, leaving some of the skin. Cut lengthwise in half, then cut into 1cm diagonal pieces.
Combine pork with soy sauce and cooking sake.
Beat eggs.
Put 2 osaji sesame seed oil in frying pan. Add tofu and stir fry until both sides are cooked.
Add pork, cooking until it changes color.
Add cucumbers.
Add 1/2 kosaji salt.
Add eggs.
Add 2 kosaji soy sauce and some bonito flakes.
