Ingredients
200g ground pork
5 bunches cilantro
1 pack (200g) mini tomatoes – medium sized pack
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
1.5 red togorashi pepper (use just one if big) – cut into small pieces
oil
(A)
2 osaji nanpula
1/2 osaji sugar
a little salt and pepper
Steps
Save some whole cilantro leaves for garnish. Chop the rest into 1cm pieces.
Cut tomatoes in half.
Put oil in pan and turn on heat.
Add garlic and red pepper. When fragrant, add meat.
When meat changes color, add tomatoes.
When tomatoes are cooked with oil, add A and cilantro. Cook some more.
Serve with cilantro leaves on top.

Sausages and fruit.
