Ingredients
80g pasta per person (any kind)
300g ground meat
1 can cut tomatoes
1 bottle tomato puree
1 pack mushrooms
mozzerella cheese, cut into thin pieces
olive oil
SEASONINGS
rosemary
basil
oregano
thyme
garlic salt
salt & pepper
Steps
- Chop mushrooms into thin slices.
- Add some olive oil to blue pot. Cook meat until mostly done, breaking up the meat into pieces.
- Add mushrooms and cook a little more.
- Add SEASONINGS. Cook until seasonings are fragrant and blended in.
- Add cut tomatoes and and tomato puree. Let simmer for several minutes to let the flavors all blend together.
- Add olive oil and salt to large pot of boiling water. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain pasta and serve immediately, topping with the pasta sauce. Put some slices of mozzerella cheese on top of each serving.
- Sprinkle some ground black pepper over top, if desired.
