Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

600g chicken drumsticks
4 potatoes (500g)
4 cloves garlic, unpeeled
thyme
rosemary
salt
white pepper
olive oil

Steps

  1. Peel potatoes. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Place in large bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 kosaji salt and a small amount of white pepper. Add 3 osaji olive oil to potatoes and mix all ingredients well.
  2. In a separate bowl, add 1 kosaji salt, small amount of white pepper, and 3 osaji olive oil to chicken and stir in well.
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Place cooking sheet on steel rectangular tray. Add chicken and potatoes evenly on the surface. Add the garlic. Sprinkle with the thyme and rosemary,
  4. Put the tray in the oven. Cook 10 minutes. Take out the tray and lower the temperature to 160°C. Put back in oven and cook for another 35 minutes.
