Ingredients
600g chicken drumsticks
4 potatoes (500g)
4 cloves garlic, unpeeled
thyme
rosemary
salt
white pepper
olive oil
Steps
- Peel potatoes. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Place in large bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 kosaji salt and a small amount of white pepper. Add 3 osaji olive oil to potatoes and mix all ingredients well.
- In a separate bowl, add 1 kosaji salt, small amount of white pepper, and 3 osaji olive oil to chicken and stir in well.
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Place cooking sheet on steel rectangular tray. Add chicken and potatoes evenly on the surface. Add the garlic. Sprinkle with the thyme and rosemary,
- Put the tray in the oven. Cook 10 minutes. Take out the tray and lower the temperature to 160°C. Put back in oven and cook for another 35 minutes.
