Pork Tenderloin Picata

Ingredients

1 50g filet pork tenderloin (ヒレ)
salt & pepper
flour
salad oil
(A) 1 egg, beaten
(A) 1/2 osaji powdered cheese
(A) 1 osaji mayonnaise
(A) 1 kosaji finely chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
(B) ketsup
(B) Worcestershire sauce 
(B) soy sauce

Steps

  1. Mix (A)
  2. Chop park into bite sized pieces. Coat lightly with salt & Pepper and then flour.
  3. Put some oil in a pan. Dip each piece of pork in batter sauce and fry the pork for a few minutes on each side. Be careful not to overcook.
  4. Mix (B)
  5. Serve pork on a plate, topped with (B).
