Spicy Tuna

Ingredients

250 tuna (まぐろ) sashimi style
35g tobiko fish eggs
1/2 osaji soy sauce
1 kosaji grated wasabi
small amount of grated garlic
a sprinkle of ichimi togorashi pepper
1 osaji sesame seed oil
1 kosaji lemon juice, from real lemon
2 osaji mayonaise
baby leaves
korean seaweed

Steps

  1. Add soy sauce, wasabi, garlic, ichimi togorashi pepper, and sesame seed oil to small bowl and mix together.
  2. In a larger bowl, add tune cut into bite-sized pieces. Pour in spices from (1) and mix together. Add lemon juice and mix. Add mayonaise and mix. Add tobiko and mix.
  3. Serve over rice. Add baby leaves and korean seaweed.
