Ingredients
(A) 2 tb ground white sesame seeds
(A) 1 tb soy sauce
(A) 1 tb sugar
1 tsp salt
227g green beans
Steps
- Prepare (A)
- Prepare green beans. Prepare bowl of ice water for shocking the beans. Boil the beans for 4 minutes in salted water. Drain and then shock the beans in the ice water. Dry them with a paper towel and cut them into 3cm pieces. Put the pieces in a large bowl.
- Add (A) to the beans and mix well. Note: the green beans can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
