Ingredients
1 pack okra
4 tubes of chikuwa
salt
(A) 1g salted kelp
(A) 1 kosaji sesame seed oil
(A) 1/2 kosaji soy sauce
Steps
Preparation: Remove the calyx from the okra, sprinkle with salt, rub it on a board and remove the down.
- Slice the okra and chikuwa into rounds.
- In a heat-resistant bowl, add okra, chikuwa, and (A). Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave on 500W for 2 minutes. Mix well.
