Komatsuna Miso Soup

Ingredients

3 cups water
dashi soup stock pack for 3 cups
1 bunch komatsuna
8 grams hu
2 osaji miso paste

Steps

  1. Prepare komatsuna by washing carefully, chopping off the bottoms, and then cutting into 3cm portions.
  2. Prepare dashi soup stock.
  3. Add komatsuna and hu to soup stock. Cook for 3 minutes 30 seconds.
  4. Turn off stove. Add miso paste. Serve.
