Ingredients
3 cups water
dashi soup stock pack for 3 cups
1 bunch komatsuna
8 grams hu
2 osaji miso paste
Steps
- Prepare komatsuna by washing carefully, chopping off the bottoms, and then cutting into 3cm portions.
- Prepare dashi soup stock.
- Add komatsuna and hu to soup stock. Cook for 3 minutes 30 seconds.
- Turn off stove. Add miso paste. Serve.
