Ingredients
3 servings rice
225g sashimi-style maguro, cut into 2cm pieces
1.5 avocado
(A) 1.5 osaji soy sauce
(A) 3/4 osaji sugar
(A) 3/4 osaji sesame seeds
(A) 3/4 kosaji vinegar
(A) 3/4 kosaji sesame seed oil
1.5 packs kaiware
Steps
- Cut bottoms off of kaiware, then cut into 3cm pieces. Wash carefully.
- Prepare (A).
- Prepare maguro.
- Add (A) to maguro. Mix. Wait 5 minutes.
- Cut avocado into 2cm pieces. Add to bowl.
- Serve with kaiware and rice.
