Maguro Poki Bowl

Ingredients

3 servings rice
225g sashimi-style maguro, cut into 2cm pieces
1.5 avocado
(A) 1.5 osaji soy sauce
(A) 3/4 osaji sugar
(A) 3/4 osaji sesame seeds
(A) 3/4 kosaji vinegar
(A) 3/4 kosaji sesame seed oil
1.5 packs kaiware

Steps

  1. Cut bottoms off of kaiware, then cut into 3cm pieces. Wash carefully.
  2. Prepare (A).
  3. Prepare maguro.
  4. Add (A) to maguro. Mix. Wait 5 minutes.
  5. Cut avocado into 2cm pieces. Add to bowl.
  6. Serve with kaiware and rice.
