Ingredients
80g spinach
1/2 carrot
1 bag (120g) bean sprouts
(A) 1 osaji white sesame seeds
(A) 2 kosaji sesame seed oil
(A) 1 1/2 kosaji chicken stock powder
(A) 1 1/2 kosaji soy sauce
(A) 1 kosaji sugar
Steps
Points: ・After heating in the microwave, cool it down and squeeze out the water thoroughly. ・For best shelf life, store in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days. ・The spinach is lightly soaked in water before use.
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and cut the stems into 3cm pieces and the leaves into 1cm pieces. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips.
- Put the spinach, carrots and bean sprouts in a bowl and mix lightly, cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat at 600W for 3 minutes.
- Leave it to cool slightly, then squeeze out the water. Add (A).
