Three Colored Namul

Ingredients

80g spinach
1/2 carrot
1 bag (120g) bean sprouts
(A) 1 osaji white sesame seeds
(A) 2 kosaji sesame seed oil
(A) 1 1/2 kosaji chicken stock powder
(A) 1 1/2 kosaji soy sauce
(A) 1 kosaji sugar

Steps

Points: ・After heating in the microwave, cool it down and squeeze out the water thoroughly. ・For best shelf life, store in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days. ・The spinach is lightly soaked in water before use.

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and cut the stems into 3cm pieces and the leaves into 1cm pieces. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips.
  2. Put the spinach, carrots and bean sprouts in a bowl and mix lightly, cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat at 600W for 3 minutes.
  3. Leave it to cool slightly, then squeeze out the water. Add (A).
