Ingredients
4 filets salmon
3 tb soy sauce
2 tb dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tb minced parsley
Steps
- Prepare (A). Keep 2 tb of the sauce separate for later.
- Put salmon in a square glass baking dish. Spoon (A) over the fish. Let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Pre-heat grill to 210°C. Brush grill pan with oil.
- Grill salmon, skin side down, for 8 minutes.
- Remove salmon from grill, brush with the remaining (A) mixture.
- Serve with parsley as a garnish.
