Thai Roast Chicken

Ingredients

250g chicken (tori momo) x 2
2 kosaji grated garlic
1/2 kosaji ground pepper
(A) 2 osaji nanpula
(A) 2 osaji oyster sauce
(A) 2 osaji sweet chili sauce
12 leaves prepared lettuce, washed

Steps

  1. Put chicken in a large bowl whole without cuttiing
  2. Add garlic and pepper. Mix.
  3. Add (A). Mix again.
  4. Cover with saran wrap. Put in fridge for 20 minutes.
  5. Put oven paper on black tray. Put steel tray on paper.
  6. Pre-heat oven to 210°C.
  7. Put chicken on tray, skin side up.
  8. Put chicken in microwave on the top level. Cook for 20 minutes.
  9. Take chicken out and cut open to check for doneness. Cook some more if needed.
  10. Cut chicken into strips.
  11. Serve with lettuce.
