Ingredients
250g chicken (tori momo) x 2
2 kosaji grated garlic
1/2 kosaji ground pepper
(A) 2 osaji nanpula
(A) 2 osaji oyster sauce
(A) 2 osaji sweet chili sauce
12 leaves prepared lettuce, washed
Steps
- Put chicken in a large bowl whole without cuttiing
- Add garlic and pepper. Mix.
- Add (A). Mix again.
- Cover with saran wrap. Put in fridge for 20 minutes.
- Put oven paper on black tray. Put steel tray on paper.
- Pre-heat oven to 210°C.
- Put chicken on tray, skin side up.
- Put chicken in microwave on the top level. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Take chicken out and cut open to check for doneness. Cook some more if needed.
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Serve with lettuce.
