Tomato & Mozzarella Salad

Ingredients

3 fruits tomato
1 pack mozzarella cheese – small balls
1 pack baby leaves
1/3 kosaji salt
pepper
2 osaji fresh cream (lower fat %)
1 osaji olive oil

Steps

  1. Cut each tomato into quarters, cut each piece in half.
  2. Wash baby leaves, add to each plate.
  3. Add 6 pieces of tomato to each plate.
  4. Before eating, add salt evenly to each dish. Add pepper.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese.
  6. Add fresh cream – 1/2 osaji each.
  7. Add olive oil.
