Anchovy Pasta

Ingredients

salt
220g pasta
2 tb extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 can anchovies, finely chopped
1/2 onion, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
pinch red pepper flakes
1 medium ripe tomato, finely chopped
1 cup parmasean cheese
Johnson sausages, grilled
Seed mustard

Steps

  1. Cook garlic in oil.
  2. Add anchovies.
  3. Add onions, cook 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add red pepper flakes.
  5. Add tomato.
  6. Add cooked pasta.
  7. Add parmasean cheese.
  8. Add salt.
  9. Serve with sausages.
