2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 can anchovies, finely chopped
1/2 onion, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
pinch red pepper flakes
1 medium ripe tomato, finely chopped
1 cup parmasean cheese
Johnson sausages, grilled
Seed mustard
Steps
- Cook garlic in oil.
- Add anchovies.
- Add onions, cook 5-7 minutes.
- Add red pepper flakes.
- Add tomato.
- Add cooked pasta.
- Add parmasean cheese.
- Add salt.
- Serve with sausages.
