Ingredients

1 190g can of yellowtail (saba)
3 potatoes
1 head of broccoli
(A) 5 osaji mayonaise
(A) 1/2 osaji curry powder
(A) 1/4 kosaji grated garlic
(A) 1/4 kosaji salt
(A) pepper
salt
olive oil

Steps

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into 1cm wide half-moon shapes.
  2. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Boil the broccoli for 2-3 minutes and then drain.
  3. Drain yellowtail and break it into smaller chunks.
  4. Stir fry potato in the oil until cooked through, about 6 minutes.
  5. Push potato to one side in pan and add yellowtail. Stir fry the yellowtail until brown.
  6. Add the broccoli and (A). Cook some more. Season to taste with salt.
