Ingredients
2 tomatoes
300g beef/pork mixed ground meat
1 onion
1/3 kosaji salt
pepper
2/3 cup (60g) pizza cheese
olive oil
basil leaves
Steps
- Cut tomatoes into thick rounds. Cut tomatoes into half lengthwise, then slice thinly lengthwise.
- Heat 1 osaji olive oil in frying pan. Add meat, salt, and pepper. When the meat changes color, add onions. Once the onions are cooked, remove to a bowl (it will be watery).
- Quickly wash pan. Add 1 osaji olive oil, add tomatoes and stir fry lightly. Add back meat and onions on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and heat until the cheese melts. Sprinkle with pieces of 3 basil leaves.
