Boiled Eggs with Garlic

Ingredients

8 eggs
2 cloves garlic
(A) 2 osaji cooking sake
(A) 2 osaji soy sauce
(A) 1 osaji sugar
(A) 1 osaji mirin
1 bag moyashi sprouts
1 pack nira chives
salt
cooking oil

Steps

  1. Hard boil eggs. Peel and cut in half. Cut nira into 4cm pieces. Chop garlic. Prepare (A).
  2. Boil moyashi and nira for 2 minutes in salted water. Then drain thoroughly.
  3. Add 1 osaji oil and then garlic to pan. Cook the garlic a little, and then add (A). Bring to a boil. Simmer slightly until thickened.
  4. Serve sauce over the egg halves. Add the moyashi/nira as a garnish.
