Ingredients
8 eggs
2 cloves garlic
(A) 2 osaji cooking sake
(A) 2 osaji soy sauce
(A) 1 osaji sugar
(A) 1 osaji mirin
1 bag moyashi sprouts
1 pack nira chives
salt
cooking oil
Steps
- Hard boil eggs. Peel and cut in half. Cut nira into 4cm pieces. Chop garlic. Prepare (A).
- Boil moyashi and nira for 2 minutes in salted water. Then drain thoroughly.
- Add 1 osaji oil and then garlic to pan. Cook the garlic a little, and then add (A). Bring to a boil. Simmer slightly until thickened.
- Serve sauce over the egg halves. Add the moyashi/nira as a garnish.
