Stir-Fried Beef & Eggplant

Ingredients

400g beef 牛切り落とし肉
5 eggplant
4 green pepper
2 cloves garlic
(A) 2 kosaji tobanjanトウバンジャン
(A) 2 osaji oil
(B) 2 osaji tenmanjan テンメンジャン
(B) 4 kosaji soy sauce
(B) 4 kosaji mirin

Steps

  1. Finely chop the garlic. Cut the bell pepper, eggplant, and beef into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add (A) to a pan and stir-fry the garlic. Add beef. When the beef is cooked through, add the eggplant and green pepper. Add (B) and cook a little more. Serve.
