Ingredients
400g pork 豚こま肉薄切り
300g carrot
300g burdock
100cc water
2 kosaji hon dashi
(A) 2 osaji mirin
(A) 2 osaji sugar
(A) 4 osaji soy sauce
Sesame seeds
Steps
- Cut the carrots and burdock into irregular slices. Cut the minced pork into bite-sized pieces. Soak the burdock in water for 5 minutes.
- Fry the minced pork in sesame oil, and when it changes color, add the carrots and burdock and stir fry until coated with the oil.
- Add water and hon dashi, cover and steam for 7 minutes.
- Add (A) and simmer until all the water has evaporated, then sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds. Serve.
