Broccoli with Walnuts

Ingredients

1 head broccoli
40g raw walnuts
(A) 1 osaji soy sauce
(A) 2 kosaji sugar
(A) 1 osaji sesame seed oil

Steps

  1. Coarsely crush the walnuts and place in a bowl, then
    mix with (A).
  2. Separate the broccoli into small florets and rinse with water.
  3. Place the broccoli, still lightly wet, in a heat-resistant container, loosely cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
  4. Drain the broccoli and toss in bowl.
