Ingredients
300g pork 豚バラ肉(薄切り)
1/4 head cabbage
1/2 carrot
1/2 onion
1 bag moyashi sprouts
1 osaji sesame seed oil
6cm tubed garlic
6cm tubed ginger
(A) 20g salted seaweed くらこん 塩こんぶ
(A) 2 kosaji gara soup stock
(A) 1 osaji sake
(A) 1 osaji mirin
salt

Steps
- Cut the pork belly (thinly sliced) into 3-4cm widths, roughly chop the cabbage, cut the carrots into strips, and cut the onion into wedges.
- Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add grated garlic (from a tube), grated ginger (from a tube), pork belly, onion, and carrot and stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add the cabbage and bean sprouts and stir fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add (A) and stir fry for 1 minute. Finish by adding salt and pepper to taste.
