Ingredients
2 cucumbers
4 boiled eggs
4 pieces chikuwa
(A) 4 osaji mayonaise
(A) 1/2 kosaji soy sauce
(A) salt and pepper
(A) 2 bags dried bonito flakes
Steps
- Prepare boiled eggs.
- Slice the cucumber thinly and rub with a pinch of salt (not included in the recipe). Cut the chikuwa into diagonal slices.
- In a bowl, add squeezed cucumber, chikuwa, boiled egg, and (A), crumbling the egg as you mix.
