Tuna with Spinach & Tomatoes

Ingredients

2 packs spinach
12 cherry tomatoes
2 cans tuna
2 osaji ponzu
2 kosaji gara soup stock

Steps

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and cut it into pieces about 2-3cm long.
  2. Add the spinach to a heat-resistant container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes. After heating, squeeze the spinach and drain well.
  3. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half.
  4. Mix spinach, cherry tomatoes, canned tuna, ponzu, and the gara soup stock.
