Ingredients
2 packs spinach
12 cherry tomatoes
2 cans tuna
2 osaji ponzu
2 kosaji gara soup stock
Steps
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and cut it into pieces about 2-3cm long.
- Add the spinach to a heat-resistant container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes. After heating, squeeze the spinach and drain well.
- Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half.
- Mix spinach, cherry tomatoes, canned tuna, ponzu, and the gara soup stock.
