Ingredients
1 head of broccoli
2 avocados
200g mozzarella cheese
(A) 2 kosaji lemon juice
(A) 3 osaji olive oil
(A) salt and pepper
Steps
- Cut broccoli into florets. Steam for 2-3 minutes, drain, immerse in cold water, and drain.
- Chop avocados into bite-size pieces.
- Cut mozzarella cheese into bite-size pieces.
- Prepare (A).
- Mix broccoli, avocados, mozzarella cheese, and (A) in a bowl. Serve.
