Christmas Chicken

Ingredients

4 chicken thighs
16 cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper
flour
olive oil
(A) 2 osaji honey
(A) 2 osaji whole grain mustard
(A) 2 osaji soy sauce
(A) 2 osaji sake

Steps

  1. Cut cherry tomatoes into four wedges.
  2. Put chicken on square metal cooking tray. Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and flour.
  3. Add olive oil to pan. Cook chicken for 5 minutes with the lid off. Turn heat down to low setting, and cook for 5 more minutes, or until cooked through, with the lid on.
  4. In a small frying pan, add olive oil. Stir fry the tomatoes briefly. Add (A) and cook a little longer.
  5. Slice chicken into strips and serve with the sauce on top.
