Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
16 cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper
flour
olive oil
(A) 2 osaji honey
(A) 2 osaji whole grain mustard
(A) 2 osaji soy sauce
(A) 2 osaji sake
Steps
- Cut cherry tomatoes into four wedges.
- Put chicken on square metal cooking tray. Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper, and flour.
- Add olive oil to pan. Cook chicken for 5 minutes with the lid off. Turn heat down to low setting, and cook for 5 more minutes, or until cooked through, with the lid on.
- In a small frying pan, add olive oil. Stir fry the tomatoes briefly. Add (A) and cook a little longer.
- Slice chicken into strips and serve with the sauce on top.
