Ingredients
400g chicken thigh (momo)
1 onion
8 white mushrooms
1/2 carrot (or more if needed)
2 mid-sized potatoes
2 osaji cooking oil
salt
100g curry mix
Steps
- Cut chicken into small chunks.
- Slice mushrooms and onion into chunks.
- Cut carrot and potatoes into chunks.
- Put salad oil into pan (large pot).
- Heat salad oil, cook chicken first.
- When chicken is fully cooked, add onion, mushrooms, carrot, and potatoes. Cook everything together.
- Skim the scum from the water.
- Add salt and mix.
- Add 700cc water into pan and heat.
- When the water boils. turn down to lowest heat and cook for 15+ minutes. Vegetables should be soft enough. Use toothpick to test.
- Turn off the stove, add curry mix. Make the curry melt in the pot.
- Turn back on the stove and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
