Ingredients

400g chicken thigh (momo)
1 onion
8 white mushrooms
1/2 carrot (or more if needed)
2 mid-sized potatoes
2 osaji cooking oil
salt
100g curry mix

Steps

  1. Cut chicken into small chunks.
  2. Slice mushrooms and onion into chunks.
  3. Cut carrot and potatoes into chunks.
  4. Put salad oil into pan (large pot).
  5. Heat salad oil, cook chicken first.
  6. When chicken is fully cooked, add onion, mushrooms, carrot, and potatoes. Cook everything together.
  7. Skim the scum from the water.
  8. Add salt and mix.
  9. Add 700cc water into pan and heat.
  10. When the water boils. turn down to lowest heat and cook for 15+ minutes. Vegetables should be soft enough. Use toothpick to test.
  11. Turn off the stove, add curry mix. Make the curry melt in the pot.
  12. Turn back on the stove and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
