Ingredients
1/8 daikon radish
1/2 carrot
150g chicken thigh
800cc dashi soup stock
1 osaji cooking sake
2 osaji soy sauce
3-4 mochi pieces
1/2 pack mitsuba
1/2 stick naruto maki
yuzu peel
Steps
- Cut carrot and daikon into thin, 1/4 pieces. Cut naruto, mitsuba, and yuzu,
- Make dashi soup stock. Add sake and soy sauce.
- Add vegetables. Wait until the soup boils.
- Add chicken. Cook until done. Meanwhile, remove scum.
- Add naruto. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
- Grill mochi on top rack using the 上 面 function for 4-6 minutes.
- Reheat soup. Add mochi, then mitsuba and yuzu.
- Serve in a balanced way.
