Ingredients
3 regular piman (green pepper)
4 cups (800cc) dashi soup stock
4 osaji miso paste
tororo kombu (a small amount)
Steps
- Prepare green pepper – cut thinly horizontally.
- Prepare dashi soup stock.
- Add green peppers. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add miso paste.
- Add tororo kombu on top of soup in each bowl. Serve.
