Green Pepper Miso Soup

Ingredients

3 regular piman (green pepper)
4 cups (800cc) dashi soup stock
4 osaji miso paste
tororo kombu (a small amount)

Steps

  1. Prepare green pepper – cut thinly horizontally.
  2. Prepare dashi soup stock.
  3. Add green peppers. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add miso paste.
  5. Add tororo kombu on top of soup in each bowl. Serve.
