Avocado and Salmon

Ingredients

300g raw salmon – sliced for 3 people
3 osaji soy sauce
3/4 osaji olive oil
3/4 osaji yuzu kosho
1.5 avocados
white sesame seeds

Steps

  1. Put pieces of salmon in biggest steel bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, prepare soy sauce, olive oil, and yuzu pepper. Mix well.
  3. Put mixed spices on salmon. Put saran wrap on salmon and keep in fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Cut avocado into 1cm slices.
  5. Add avocado to salmon and mix.
  6. Serve rice. Put some sesame seeds on top of the rice. Then add salmon/avocado mixture. Use tongs to serve.
