Wafu Shoga Saba

Ingredients

salt
4 pieces saba mackerel
(A) 2 osaji soy sauce
(A) 2 osaji cooking sake
(A) 2 osaji mirin
(A) 1 kake-bun ginger (sengiri)

Steps

  1. Sprinkle salt on the fish and leave it for 20 minutes. Then wipe off the excess water.
  2. Prepare (A). Put (A) in a ziplock bag and mix well.
  3. Put fish in the ziplock back and mix well.
  4. Freeze fish in the ziplock bag or pan fry it on both sides.
