Ingredients
1 head broccoli
400g pork, kiri otoshi
3 osaji cooking sake
1 osaji katakuriko
(A) 2 kosaji grated ginger
(A) 1 onion (200g), thinly sliced
(A) 3 osaji soy sauce
(A) 2 osaji mirin

Steps
- Prepare (A), mixing well.
- Prepare the broccoli florets.
- Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and season with the cooking sake. Coat with the katakuriko.
- Add oil to a frying pan and heat. Cook the pork for about 2 minutes or until it changes color. Cover and steam for about 1 1/2 minutes. Remove the lid, add (A). and bring to a boil. Mix well and serve.
