Spicy Steamed Beef & Kimchi

Ingredients

300g beef kiri otoshi
4 stalks naganegi green onion (white parts)
200g kimchi
(A) 200cc water
(A) 2 osaji kochijan
(A) 2 osaji cooking sake
(A) 2 osaji soy sauce
(A) 2 kosaji sugar
sesame seed oil

Steps

  1. Separate the meat into bite size pieces. Cut the green onion into 2cm wide diagonal pieces. Have ready the kimchi. Prepare (A).
  2. Put some sesame seed oil in a pan. Stir fry the ingredients in the following order:
    • beef
    • green onion
    • kimchi
    • add (A)
  3. Cook the ingredients until the liquid has boiled off a bit. Serve.
