Ingredients
300g beef kiri otoshi
4 stalks naganegi green onion (white parts)
200g kimchi
(A) 200cc water
(A) 2 osaji kochijan
(A) 2 osaji cooking sake
(A) 2 osaji soy sauce
(A) 2 kosaji sugar
sesame seed oil
Steps
- Separate the meat into bite size pieces. Cut the green onion into 2cm wide diagonal pieces. Have ready the kimchi. Prepare (A).
- Put some sesame seed oil in a pan. Stir fry the ingredients in the following order:
- beef
- green onion
- kimchi
- add (A)
- Cook the ingredients until the liquid has boiled off a bit. Serve.
