Chicken Curry Sautee

Ingredients

1 head broccoli
2 pieces (600g) tori momo chicken
1 kosaji salt
2 osaji flour
(A) 1 kosaji garlic paste (in tube)
(A) 1 kosaji curry powder
(A) 4 osaji chuno sauce
(A) 2 osaji honey
olive oil

Steps

  1. Prepare (A)
  2. Cut broccoli into florets.
  3. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Coat chicken with salt and flour.
  4. Stir fry the chicken in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid and add (A). Cook some more. Serve.
