Ingredients
1 carrot
1 onion
2 eggs, beaten
olive oil
(A) 1 cube consome soup
(A) tubed garlic
(A) salt & pepper
(A) 800cc water
chopped parsley
Steps
- Chop carrots and onions into 1cm square pieces.
- Stir fry the carrots and onions until the onions are translucent.
- Add the (A) items. Bring to a boil and simmer until the carrots are soft.
- Add the eggs and cook until the eggs are done. Do not stir while the eggs are cooking.
- Serve soup. Top with the parsley.
