Carrot & Onion Soup

Ingredients

1 carrot
1 onion
2 eggs, beaten
olive oil
(A) 1 cube consome soup
(A) tubed garlic
(A) salt & pepper
(A) 800cc water
chopped parsley

Steps

  1. Chop carrots and onions into 1cm square pieces.
  2. Stir fry the carrots and onions until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the (A) items. Bring to a boil and simmer until the carrots are soft.
  4. Add the eggs and cook until the eggs are done. Do not stir while the eggs are cooking.
  5. Serve soup. Top with the parsley.
