Ingredients
2 chicken thighs (800g)
(A) 2 osaji mayonaise
(A) 2 osaji curry powder
(A) 2 kosaji cooking sake
(A) 2 kosaji sugar
(A) 2 kosaji chicken stock powder
(A) tubed garlic
(A) salt
black pepper
4 lemon wedges
12 pieces prepared lettuce
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Steps
- Use a fork to poke about 20 holes on both sides of each piece of chicken.
- Mix (A) in a bowl.
- Put the chicken in a large ziplock bag. Add (A) and coat all surfaces of the chicken with the mixture.
- Put the potato starch in the rectangular steel tray. Coat the chicken evenly on both sides with the potato starch.
- Pour some oil in a frying pan. Cook the chicken in the oil on both sides until done. If it is difficult to fully cook the chicken, put it in the microwave for a few minutes.
- Cut each piece of chicken into 6 strips.
- Serve 3 strips of chicken per person. Serve the tomato wedges, prepared lettuce, and lemon wedges as garnishes.
