Curried Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

2 chicken thighs (800g)
(A) 2 osaji mayonaise
(A) 2 osaji curry powder
(A) 2 kosaji cooking sake
(A) 2 kosaji sugar
(A) 2 kosaji chicken stock powder
(A) tubed garlic
(A) salt
black pepper
4 lemon wedges
12 pieces prepared lettuce
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Use a fork to poke about 20 holes on both sides of each piece of chicken.
  2. Mix (A) in a bowl.
  3. Put the chicken in a large ziplock bag. Add (A) and coat all surfaces of the chicken with the mixture.
  4. Put the potato starch in the rectangular steel tray. Coat the chicken evenly on both sides with the potato starch.
  5. Pour some oil in a frying pan. Cook the chicken in the oil on both sides until done. If it is difficult to fully cook the chicken, put it in the microwave for a few minutes.
  6. Cut each piece of chicken into 6 strips.
  7. Serve 3 strips of chicken per person. Serve the tomato wedges, prepared lettuce, and lemon wedges as garnishes.
