Ingredients
3 packs fresh soba noodles
225g chicken breast
1 1/2 naga negi long onion
2 osaji katakuriko potato starch
Sesame seed oil
(A) 2 osaji shiro dashi white soup stock
(A) 5 osaji soy sauce
(A) 1 osaji hondashi soup stock
(A) 1 osaji sugar
(A) 3 osaji mirin
Steps
- Chop white parts of green onion into thin rounds.
- Cut chicken breast into thin slices. Coat with the potato startch.
- Prepare (A) in blue pot. Get large silver pot ready by adding enough water to boil the soba noodles.
- Add sesame seed oil to large pan. Stir fry the chicken (coated with potato startch) and green onions until cooked through.
- Cook the soba noodles according to the directions. Heat the broth.
- Serve in this order:
- Noodles
- Chicken / green onion mixture
- Broth
