Chicken and Tomatoes

Ingredients

1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
1 tomato
1 osaji cooking sake
salt and pepper
(A) 1 osaji oyster sauce
(A) 1 kosaji gara chicken soup stock
(A) 1 kosaji mirin
(A) 1/2 kosaji grated ginger
(A) 1/2 kosaji grated garlic
1 osaji katakuriko potato starch
2 kosaji sesame seed oil
black pepper

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Coat with cooking sake, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into 8 wedges.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken thighs coated with potato starch and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Prepare (A).
  5. Once the chicken thighs are cooked through, turn off the heat and add (A) and mix.
  6. Add the tomatoes and stir fry briefly. Turn off the heat and add black pepper.
