Ingredients
1 piece (300g) chicken thigh
1 tomato
1 osaji cooking sake
salt and pepper
(A) 1 osaji oyster sauce
(A) 1 kosaji gara chicken soup stock
(A) 1 kosaji mirin
(A) 1/2 kosaji grated ginger
(A) 1/2 kosaji grated garlic
1 osaji katakuriko potato starch
2 kosaji sesame seed oil
black pepper
Steps
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Coat with cooking sake, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the tomatoes into 8 wedges.
- Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken thighs coated with potato starch and fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Prepare (A).
- Once the chicken thighs are cooked through, turn off the heat and add (A) and mix.
- Add the tomatoes and stir fry briefly. Turn off the heat and add black pepper.
