Ingredients
360g yakisoba noodles
160g ground pork
100g eggplant
1/2 cucumber
(A) 160cc water
(A) 1 osaji tenmenjan
(A) 2 osaji cooking sake
(A) 4 kosaji soy sauce
(A) 2 kosaji sugar
(A) 2 kosaji katakuriko potato starch
(A) 4cm grated garlic
(A) salt
Steps
- Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
- Chop the eggplant.
- Mix (A).
- Microwave the yakisoba noodles at 500W for 1 minute and loosen them. Serve the noodles in big bowls.
- Add ground pork and eggplant to a frying pan and place over medium heat.
- Once the meat has changed color, add (A).
- Once it it has thickened, add the mixture over the noodles and garnish with the cucumber.
