Ingredients
2.5 packs yakisoba noodles
150g buta bara usugiri pork
1/2 pack (120g) moyashi sprouts
100g cabbage
1 kosaji salad oil
(A) 3cm garlic tube
(A) 1 osaji sesami seed oil
(A) 1 osaji cooking sake
(A) 2 kosaji tori gara soup stock
(A) 1 kosaji salt
1 osaji lemon juice
black pepper
Steps
- Prepare (A).
- Cut the pork into 3cm slices. Roughly chop the cabbage.
- Stir fry the pork in salad oil. When the pork is cooked through, add the cabbage and bean sprouts and stir fry until soft.
- Add the yakisoba noodles and 2 osaji water and stir fry while loosening them up. Add (A) and stir fry some more.
- Serve with ground black pepper.
