Salted Lemon Yakisoba

Ingredients

2.5 packs yakisoba noodles
150g buta bara usugiri pork
1/2 pack (120g) moyashi sprouts
100g cabbage
1 kosaji salad oil
(A) 3cm garlic tube
(A) 1 osaji sesami seed oil
(A) 1 osaji cooking sake
(A) 2 kosaji tori gara soup stock
(A) 1 kosaji salt
1 osaji lemon juice
black pepper

Steps

  1. Prepare (A).
  2. Cut the pork into 3cm slices. Roughly chop the cabbage.
  3. Stir fry the pork in salad oil. When the pork is cooked through, add the cabbage and bean sprouts and stir fry until soft.
  4. Add the yakisoba noodles and 2 osaji water and stir fry while loosening them up. Add (A) and stir fry some more.
  5. Serve with ground black pepper.
