Pizza Style Chicken

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (600g)
100g (1 ball) mozzarella cheese
1 can cut tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2+ branches fresh rosemary
2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt
black pepper
olive oil

Steps

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add olive oil, rosemary, and pressed garlic to a frying pan and heat over low heat.
  3. When the garlic and rosemary become fragrant, add the chicken breast and stir fry it until the surfaces are browned.
  4. Add the can of cut tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer over a medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
  5. About 3 minutes before it is done, add sliced mozzarella cheese and let it melt.
  6. Serve with rice, a side vegetable, and some fruit.
