Ingredients
2 servings yakisoba noodles
150g frozen seafood mix
150g cabbage
1/4 red or yellow bell pepper
sesame seed oil
(A) 2 osaji lemon juice
(A) 3 kosaji oyster sauce
(A) 2 kosaji chicken gara soup stock
(A) salt
pepper
Steps
- Wash the seafood mix under running water and thaw in salted water for 1 minute.
- Chop the bell pepper into small pieces.
- Prepare (A)
- Heat the noodles for 1.5 minutes at 600W.
- Heat the sesame seed oil in a frying pan, add cabbage, chopped bell peppers, and seafood mix and stir fry until the cabbage is soft.
- Add in (A) and mix.
- Add in noodles and mix.
- Serve in bowls. Sprinkle with pepper and extra lemon juice to taste.
