Seafood Lemon Noodles

Ingredients

2 servings yakisoba noodles
150g frozen seafood mix
150g cabbage
1/4 red or yellow bell pepper
sesame seed oil
(A) 2 osaji lemon juice
(A) 3 kosaji oyster sauce
(A) 2 kosaji chicken gara soup stock
(A) salt
pepper

Steps

  1. Wash the seafood mix under running water and thaw in salted water for 1 minute.
  2. Chop the bell pepper into small pieces.
  3. Prepare (A)
  4. Heat the noodles for 1.5 minutes at 600W.
  5. Heat the sesame seed oil in a frying pan, add cabbage, chopped bell peppers, and seafood mix and stir fry until the cabbage is soft.
  6. Add in (A) and mix.
  7. Add in noodles and mix.
  8. Serve in bowls. Sprinkle with pepper and extra lemon juice to taste.
