Ingredients
2 packs soba noodles
2 tomatoes
2 pieces myoga
4 shiso leaves
(A) 100cc water
(A) 2 osaji soy sauce
(A) 2 osaji mirin
(A) 1 osaji white soup stock
(A) 3cm tubed ginger
Steps
- Prepare (A).
- Dice tomatoes. Cut myoga into small pieces. Cut shiso leaves into thin strips. Put all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Microwave (A) with no covering for 30 seconds. Remove and add ice.
- Cook soba noodles. Pour noodles into a strainer, and then return noodles to the pot. Add cold water and ice and stir around until the noodles are cool.
- Add noodles (extracting from the ice water) to the large bowl and mix in thoroughly.
- Add (A) to the large bowl and mix in.
- Serve in two large bowls.
