Ingredients
1 can tuna, packed in water
1 large zucchini
1 osaji soy sauce
1 kosaji lemon juice
1 osaji olive oil
Steps
- Cut the zucchini into thin, half-moon slices. Rub in salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Squeeze water out of the zucchini.
- Drain the juice from the can of tuna.
- Toss the zucchini with olive oil.
- Mix zucchini, tuna, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- Serve in small bowls.
