Zucchini and Tuna

Ingredients

1 can tuna, packed in water
1 large zucchini
1 osaji soy sauce
1 kosaji lemon juice
1 osaji olive oil

Steps

  1. Cut the zucchini into thin, half-moon slices. Rub in salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Squeeze water out of the zucchini.
  3. Drain the juice from the can of tuna.
  4. Toss the zucchini with olive oil.
  5. Mix zucchini, tuna, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  6. Serve in small bowls.
